Halloween 2007

Jake was a lion for halloween. He had a lot of fun... I think. He knows what a lion said and enjoyed "roaring" at people. Say "trick or treat" didn't really work out though because when I first got him the plastic pumpkin, I told him to say "trick or treat" and he did. I found oput later he thought that was the name of the bucket. When he was trick or treating I told him what to say and he'd tip his bucket up to show the face painted on it to people, spilling out his candy. He did this about 5 times, so I gave up. He was really facinated by all of the costumes, but he didn't care for people in masks. In fact it scared the crap out of him. As the kids approached he started out whimppering which quickly escalated to yelling as he ran behind my leg and buried his face. He enjoyed all the cany (of course) and waved to everyone from the front yard.
